LAUGH ATTACK

FRIDAY

Friday morning was pretty full on. Through out the whole week it seemed like Jordan and I were desperately trying to get close to caught up with work. I don’t think either of us even felt like we could get 100% caught up but we were doing our best to not get too behind. Jordan’s car was also in the shop for most of the week. We thought it would be a quick check and fix but it turned out to be about $1000 smackers in rat damage. We also were without a dishwasher and hoped to have the new one installed thursday but that fell through.

That takes us to friday morning. I jumped into a fe challenging client calls and ran upstairs as soon as they were done so Jordan could fit three meetings into one hour before we needed to drive into town for Jordan’s doctors appointment. She planned on going to the doctor then working from my office while Tatum and I cruise around downtown. Everyone was hungry and Jordan was grumpy about Tatum not taking a nap. She went to her office angirly as I foraged through the fridge trying to find something easy to eat other than salami. I settled for making mac and cheese with some chicken and veggies. I chopped up Tatum some chicken into little cubes and got her some of my mac and cheese. I didn’t get any plates out so I used the top of a tupperwear for Tatum’s plate. As I was awkwardly destroying some mac and cheese strait out of the pot with my left hand I felt Tatum trying to lift the lid her food was on. I kept eating but tried my best to hold down the lid with about 1 finger. Tatum gave a strongest man alive noise matched with a strenous look on her face and broke free of my finger. The lid had the perfect flex to absolutly launch the food into the air. I wish I had a slow-mo video of the whole seen. Jackson followed the food with his excited eyes like a miriacle was happening. Tatum Staired at me with a smirk as food began to rain down on top of her head. She let out a short laugh. I was overcome by a laugh attack. Tatum loved it and laughed with me. I laughed with tears it was so funny. Her smirk and genuine laughter was a fantastic reminder to not take things so seriously. Thanks Baby Tatum. I love you!
